Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Keyware.in reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or replacement request if the returned product is found to be partially or fully damaged, used, or not in original condition. All such requests are subject to approval.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged during transit. Valid photographic evidence of the damaged item must be sent to Keywaresales.india@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Failing to do so will be treated as confirmation that the product was received in good condition.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 21 working days via the same mode of payment used for the purchase. The full amount of the item will be refunded.
Returns
Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. Buyers must email relevant pictures of their key and the received product to Keywaresales.india@gmail.com within the next 12 hours of raising the return request.
Return & Replacement
If a buyer accidentally orders a product that is not compatible with their key, they can request a replacement by submitting valid photo evidence to Keywaresales.india@gmail.com within 12 hours of initiating the return request.
Keyware.in will review and respond within 5 working days. Buyers must cover the shipping charges for returning the item. Reverse pickup services are not provided. The replacement will be dispatched once the returned item is received. Shipping charges for the replacement product will be covered by Keyware.in.
Return & Refund
Similar to the replacement policy, if an incorrect product was ordered by mistake, a refund can be processed after product return. Photos must be shared within 12 hours of the return request.
The buyer must cover the return shipping. Refunds will be initiated within 21 working days of receiving the returned item. The refund amount will be the item cost, excluding the original shipping fee (if applicable).
If You Received the Wrong Product
In case Keyware.in ships an incorrect item, the buyer should send it back. Courier charges will be compensated via a free gift or a discount coupon code.
To initiate the return, email the following to Keywaresales.india@gmail.com:
- Scanned copy of the invoice
- Photo of your car key
- Photo of the incorrect product received
We will process the correct product shipment within 2-4 working days and communicate via email.
